How do I check my order status?
It’s easy! Simply log into your account to view your order history.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped via Canada Post Priority Mail within 2 business days. Once your package is shipped, you should expect your order to arrive within 1 - 7 days, depending on your chosen shipping method.
How do I track my order after it has shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking confirmation. Use this number to track your package via Canada Post.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We generally process orders within 24 hours. Unfortunately, once we’ve fulfilled and shipped your order, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes.
Can I exchange an item I purchased online in person to your store?
Sure! As long as it is unworn, tags still attached, and not a discounted or final sale item, you’re welcome to exchange any online purchases within 14 days of your order date to our brick-and-mortar store. Just be sure to bring your original order receipt along with you.
How do I use a discount code?
Add your item(s) to your shopping cart and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, enter your discount code in the box labelled ‘Gift card or discount code' then click ‘Apply.’ Your discount code will then be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the ‘Discount’ line. Only one code can be used per order. Please be advised that discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. Exclusions apply.
Something I purchased went on sale the next day - can I still use the discount code?
Sorry, discount codes cannot be used on previous purchases. Be sure to join our mailing list for exclusive access to future promotions, events and more.
Can I use gift cards online?
At this time we offer separate Online and In Store Gift Cards.
- Online Gift Cards can be spent online only and can be purchased here.
- In Store Gift Cards can be spent in store only and can be purchased here.
How do I use my online gift card?
Once you’re ready to complete your order, click the ‘Check Out’ button. After entering your billing and shipping information you can then enter your gift card code in the box on the right hand side of the page, labelled ‘Gift card or store discount’ then click the ‘Apply’ button. Your gift card will then be applied to your order. If the order value is higher than the gift card value, the entire gift card value will be used and a remaining balance to pay will show. If the order value is less than the gift card value, the order value will be deducted from the gift card leaving the remaining balance on your gift card. Finally click ‘Continue to shipping method’ to complete your purchase.
You can find your gift card code either on your original gift card email, or if you have added your gift card to your Apple Wallet.
How do I check the balance of my online gift card?
Like a debit card, your gift card holds a balance - which can be spent over multiple transactions. To check the balance of your gift card, you can either look at your original gift card email - the updated balance will show in the top right hand corner of the online gift card. Or if you have added your gift card to your Apple Wallet, the balance will also show in the top right hard corner of your wallet.
Does the website have the same items as your stores?

Can I get the online promotion/sale price applied to an in store purchase?
Online sale prices & promotions are only valid online and are not applicable to in store purchases.

How long will it take to process my return?
Returned item(s) will be subject to inspection to ensure they meet our return requirements which can be found here. Upon approval of inspection a credit will then be added onto your account within 7 - 10 business days. Items that do not meet our return requirements will be sent back to you with details on failing to meet our return policy requirements.
