    • Steep 1-3 cups a day, by steeping tea in 1 cup of 98° water for 4-6 minutes.
    • Ice it: Steep tea double-strength for at least 5 minutes. Top with a heaping cup of ice. Sweeten to taste and add a squeeze of lemon, if desired. 
    • Cold-brew: Brew it overnight with cold water
