ONLINE GIFT CARD
Online Gift Cards are delivered by email. After you place an order, you’ll receive an email containing a unique code - which you can use on future online orders. If it’s a gift, simply forward the email to the recipient on any day you choose and they’ll have the option to enter the code upon checkout with no additional processing fees. Online Gift Cards can be used via our online store only.

The recipient should keep this email safe as it contains the unique gift card code, even better add the gift card to your Apple Wallet! You can do this by clicking on ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ within the gift card email.

IN STORE GIFT CARD
A classic carry-in-your wallet gift card that comes complete with a branded card carrier and space to write your personal message. Physical Gift Cards can be used in our brick and mortar store only.

Please note: Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. If merchandise items are included with your order of a gift card, the coupon value will only apply to merchandise items.

HOW DO I SEND AN ONLINE GIFT CARD?
Once you receive your Gift Card notification email, simply forward the email to the recipient of your choice.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY ONLINE GIFT CARD?
Once you’re ready to complete your order, click the ‘Check Out’ button. After entering your billing and shipping information you can then enter your gift card code in the box on the right hand side of the page, labelled ‘Gift card or store discount’ then click the ‘Apply’ button. Your gift card will then be applied to your order. If the order value is higher than the gift card value, the entire gift card value will be used and a remaining balance to pay will show. If the order value is less than the gift card value, the order value will be deducted from the gift card leaving the remaining balance on your gift card. Finally click ‘Continue to shipping method’ to complete your purchase. 

You can find your gift card code either on your original gift card email, or if you have added your gift card to your Apple Wallet.

HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY GIFT CARD?
Like a debit card, your gift card holds a balance - which can be spent over multiple transactions. To check the balance of your gift card, you can either look at your original gift card email - the updated balance will show in the top right hand corner of the online gift card. Or if you have added your gift card to your Apple Wallet, the balance will also show in the top right hard corener of your wallet.
